Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp (+94 77 123 4567) or email (orders@luxeglow.lk). Once dispatched, changes are not possible.
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days island-wide. Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available in Colombo, Kandy, Galle, Negombo). Same-day delivery available in Colombo for orders placed before 12 PM.
Standard delivery: Rs. 350 · Express: Rs. 650 · Free delivery on orders over Rs. 3,000. Delivery is FREE island-wide during promotional periods.
Yes! We deliver to all 9 provinces in Sri Lanka via our courier partners. International shipping is currently not available but is coming soon.
Once shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. Use this on our website or the courier's tracking page to monitor your delivery.

Yes, all LuxeGlow products are sourced directly from certified brand distributors and authorized importers. Every product comes with batch number verification and authenticity guarantee.
We carry a range of products specifically formulated for sensitive skin. Each product listing includes full ingredients and skin type suitability. When in doubt, consult a dermatologist before use.
We are committed to stocking an increasing range of cruelty-free and vegan beauty products. Products with cruelty-free certification are labeled on their product pages.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a defect or damage.
Email orders@luxeglow.lk with your order number and photos of the item. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
